Understanding Synchronization Scope
This synchronization is an individual-level integration, meaning it's linked to each member's account rather than a collective workspace. To ensure effective lead management, each team member is required to connect their own Google Account to sync their leads. Additionally, for team-level lead management, Cardynale supports synchronization with CRM systems through built-in connectors or through platforms like Zapier/Make.
Step-by-Step Synchronization Process
I - Synchronise Google Contacts with your phone
For Android Devices:
Go to 'Settings' and select 'Accounts'.
Choose 'Google' and select your account.
Toggle 'Contacts' to synchronize.
For iOS Devices:
Open 'Settings', then 'Passwords & Accounts'.
Tap 'Add Account' and select 'Google'.
Follow the prompts to add your account and enable contacts synchronization.
II - Cardynale <> Google Contacts
Connect your Google Account to Cardynale (It is different than your login with Google)
Connect your Google Account to Cardynale (Note: This is separate from your Google login).
Access the 'Integrations' tab (Reminder: An Expert plan is required for this feature).
Click on "Google Contacts" under Individual Integration.
Sign in to your Google Account to establish the connection.
VoilĂ ! You're all set.
Once integrated, try filling out a lead form on your digital business card. Generally, it takes a maximum of 5 minutes for a new lead to appear in your phone contacts.
