I. What is a Member Account for Collaborators?

  • Member Accounts: A member only has access to their own profile and can modify their information (if permitted by the administrator) and access the Cardynale mobile app. Collaborator view:

You can find all the users roles detailed here.

Why Create Accounts for My Collaborators?

Having an account on Cardynale is essential to use all the features.

With a Cardynale account, the collaborator can:

  • Update their own information

  • Access the Cardynale mobile app to record their meetings, download their QR code to Apple/Google Wallet, or scan paper business cards (if they have a commercial license).

An administrator can choose to restrict member rights, such as blocking fields they can edit. This is set up in Settings > Field Blocking. For more information, see our article.

II. Creating an Account Manually

To create an account (admin or collaborator), go to Employee Access. Click on Account Creation, select Administrator or Member, and choose the person associated with the account (mandatory for a member).

Then, complete the email and password for your member, which will be automatically sent in an email if you leave the option checked.

Your member can then log in to the Cardynale platform (https://dashboard.cardynale.com/) and the Cardynale mobile app with their credentials.

III. Créer les comptes automatiquement

Because we know it can be tedious to create accounts one by one, we have added the ability to create them automatically in 2 clicks.

To do this, go to Employee Access and then click on Automatic User Creation.

All collaborators whose email is listed on their profile will receive their password by email (make sure to check the spam folder).

Your member can then log in to the Cardynale platform (https://dashboard.cardynale.com/) and the Cardynale mobile app with their credentials.

IV. How to Delete a Collaborator Account?

If you want to delete a collaborator's account (due to departure or other reasons), simply go to Collaborator Access and click on the trash icon next to the account in question.

Deleting a collaborator's account does not delete their profile or information. It simply revokes their access to the platform and the Cardynale mobile app.

V. How to Resend Access to a Collaborator?

It is possible that you have already sent access to a collaborator, but they have not logged in or cannot find the email with their credentials.

The easiest way in this case is for the collaborator to attempt to log in to the Cardynale platform (https://dashboard.cardynale.com/) and click on forgot password.

They will receive a new password, which they can change at any time in Settings.

If you prefer to manually choose their password, you can delete their account and recreate it manually (see IV and II).
