This tab concerns the contact information exchange form you can submit to your contacts once they've saved your contact in their phone book.

When the form is active, the first button is activated. If you don't want this form to be proposed to your interlocutors, then simply click on this same button to deactivate it.
On the other hand, when it is active, you need to be RGPD-compliant and therefore activate the appropriate form and fill in the url of your general terms and conditions as well as that of your privacy policy if however your meetings take place in Europe.
You also have the option of sending a follow-up email to your contact. This is sent to your contacts (with a copy to you) once they have filled in the form and sent you their contact details. This e-mail reminds both of you that a meeting has taken place on that day, and also includes everyone's contact details.
You can preview this e-mail by clicking on the preview button, and you can also choose to deactivate it if you don't want it to be sent, by clicking on the affiliated icon.
