How does your contact save your information?
Your contacts do not need to have the Cardynale app. Follow these steps to ensure your contacts are correctly saved on different types of mobile devices.
1. On iPhone :
Ask your contact to click on "Add contact" as shown below.
Then, ask them to press firmly on your profile photo in your contact card to save it to their phone contacts.
OR ask them to scroll down the contact card and tap on "Create new contact."
Once the contact is downloaded, your contact can share their information via the exchange form (if activated). To learn more about this form, consult our guide.
Note: It is essential that the person clicks on "Create new contact" to save you in their directory. Simply opening the contact card is not enough.
2. On Android :
Ask your contact to click on "Add contact" as shown below.
Your contact card will then download. Your contact must click on "Open".
They then choose the directory in which to import your contact.
Once the contact is downloaded, your contact can share their information via the exchange form (if activated). To learn more about this form, consult our guide.
Different Ways to Share Your Contact Information with Cardynale:
I. Using a Cardynale or JustOneCard NFC Card

II. Using the Cardynale QR Code
Find your Cardynale QR code on your Dashboard, under "My Card" > Share my card. You can download it in PNG or vector format if needed.
III. Using the Cardynale Mobile App
Go to the Cardynale mobile app, Card tab, "Share my card" section.
Find your QR code for your contacts to scan directly.
IV. Your QR Code in Apple & Google Wallet
Have your contact scan your QR code from your Apple or Google Wallet.
Obtain your QR code via the Cardynale mobile app or your Dashboard (https://dashboard.cardynale.com/).

V. Using the Offline Cardynale QR Code
Share your contact card even without a network with Cardynale.
To do this, there is 2 ways :
Go to the Cardynale mobile app, "Share my card" section, and activate offline mode to get a specific QR Code.
Find this QR code on your Dashboard, under "My Card" > Share my card, and activate offline mode to download the QR code in PNG or vector format.
VI. Using Namedrop (iPhone only)
Go to the Cardynale mobile app, "Share my card" section, and click on Namedrop.
Simply bring your iPhone close to your contact's iPhone for your profile to appear on their phone.
Note: Namedrop only works between iPhones with iOS 17.1 or later, or Apple Watches with watchOS 10.1 or later.
VII. Send Your Cardynale Link
You can send your Cardynale profile link at any time.
2 ways to do this :
In the Cardynale mobile app, "Share my card" section, copy your link or send it via your favorite apps.
You can also find your profile link on your Dashboard, under "My Card" > Share my card, and copy the link to send it as you wish.
