How to scan your Cardynale business card

Method 1: Digital

Via the Cardynale app or your digital wallet.

  1. Download the Cardynale app on your smartphone.

  2. Log in with your credentials. You’ll find the QR code for your connected card under the "Share My Card" button or at the top right of the "Card" tab.

  3. Click on "Add to Wallet" to integrate your card into your digital wallet. You’ll then be able to access it quickly in just a few taps on your smartphone.

  • Present this QR code to your contact so they can scan your card and access your digital profile. They can save your contact details and share theirs in return.

  • 😎 Method 2: Physical

    Via your connected card (NFC chip) or QR code.

    If you have a physical card, simply place it at the back of your contact’s smartphone. A notification will automatically appear, leading them to your digital profile.




    • Alternatively, your contact can scan the QR code located on the back of your card to achieve the same result.





    • In both cases, they can save your information to their directory and share theirs with you via an exchange form.

How to collect data with Cardynale

📋 Method 1: Using the Contact Form

Once your contact saves your information, they can fill out a form using their smartphone’s auto-fill feature. They can verify the fields before clicking "Send My Info."


  • You can enable or disable this form in the "My Card" tab of your dashboard and even customize follow-up emails if needed.

    💳 Method 2: Using the Scanner

  • You can also scan paper business cards using our app’s built-in scanner. Simply take a photo of the card, submit it, and the fields will be filled in automatically.




    In both cases, the received information is centralized in the "Prospect" tab of the app.

"My Card" Tab

  • Digital Profile: Edit available fields such as your photo, phone number, or description. Elements locked by the administrator are marked with a padlock icon.

  • Content: Add personal links, like your LinkedIn profile, if allowed.



  • Customization & Animations: The company’s branding, logo, and Cardynale’s graphic charter are often managed by the administrator.



  • Sharing: Access your QR code, digital profile link, or add your card to your digital wallet.




  • Email Signature

    You can modify the structure if authorized by the administrator.
    Click "Add to my email" and copy-paste your signature into your email client.



Settings

Change your language or password.


💡 Tip: Download the Cardynale mobile app to access all these features wherever you are. Your login credentials are the same as for the dashboard.
