In Cardynale, users can be assigned one of three roles: Workspace Administrator, Team Administrator, and Member. Each role has specific permissions and access levels to suit various responsibilities within your organization.
1. Workspace Administrator (Admin)
The Workspace Administrator has full access across the platform. They are responsible for managing the workspace and can access all features and settings. This role is ideal for users who oversee the entire workspace and require control over all users, teams, and settings.
Permissions:
Full access to all platform features.
Manage all users and teams.
Access and modify all settings, templates, devices, and statistics.
2. Team Administrator
The Team Administrator role is designed for users who manage specific teams (yes, with an 's') within the workspace. They have permissions tailored to monitor and support their assigned team members but do not have access to higher-level workspace configurations.
Permissions:
Manage team members: Can edit member information, even fields that are blocked.
View statistics: Access team members' performance and other relevant statistics.
View and export leads: Can view leads generated by team members and export them if necessary.
Limitations:
Cannot manage templates, users outside their team, or devices such as cards.
No access to team and workspace settings.
3. Member
The Member role is for individual contributors who operate primarily within their assigned team. Members have limited access and control over their information and leads.
Permissions:
Edit personal information: Can update any fields not restricted by the blocked fields feature.
Manage leads: Can manage leads through the mobile app, allowing them to view and interact with their lead data.
Limitations:
Must be assigned to a team (mandatory for members).
Cannot export leads to CSV or CRM platforms.
No access to team and workspace settings.
Note: Assigning appropriate roles helps streamline workflows, ensuring each user has the tools and access they need without compromising security or organization. For any further questions, feel free to contact support.
