When you have a digital business card with Cardynale, whether with our Freemium version (free) or a subscription, you have access to the Cardynale mobile application, linked to your account.
Access the application
The Cardynale application is available on your smartphone, allowing you to easily manage your digital business cards. Clicking on the application icon takes you to the home page, where you'll find several key features:
Statistics for the last 7 days : Track the number of times your card has been used (by scanning your QR code or using the NFC chip) and the number of prospects you've met.
Share my card : Click this button to display your QR code, which you can transmit directly via the application. You can also share your card via SMS, WhatsApp or other social networks.
Contact directory
In the Prospects tab, you have access to your professional directory, which includes :
The contact details of people who have filled in the contact exchange form on your Dashboard.
Contacts added manually or imported from your phone book.
A unique Cardynale feature: scanning of paper business cards.
Scan a paper business card
By accessing the Scan tab, you can use your phone's camera to scan a paper business card. Here's how it works:
Scan the business card.
Click on Submit.
Our artificial intelligence automatically recognizes the information and fills in the corresponding fields in your address book.
You'll also have access to a photo of the scanned business card, and can add the contact to your phonebook if you wish.
Differences between Freemium and Subscription modes
The only difference between these two versions concerns the scanning of paper business cards:
Freemium (free) version: When a paper business card is scanned, an email is sent to the person concerned to inform them that their card has been scanned via Cardynale.
Subscription version: No email is sent after scanning.
