I. What is the Wallet?

The Wallet app, available on Apple and Google devices, is a convenient and secure way to store various types of digital information, such as boarding passes, tickets, and business cards.

By adding your Cardynale digital business card to your Apple or Google Wallet, you can access your contact details directly from your phone's lock screen. This makes sharing your information quick and hassle-free as your contact simply needs to scan your QR code.

II. How to Add My Card to My Wallet?

You can add your digital card to your Apple or Google Wallet from the Cardynale platform (https://dashboard.cardynale.com/) or via the Cardynale mobile app.

  1. Adding from the platform:

  1. Go to the My Card tab > Share My Card.

  2. Click on "Add to Wallet" and scan the QR code that appears with your phone.

You will be redirected to a link that allows you to add your card to your wallet in one click.

2. Adding from the Cardynale mobile app:

  1. Open the Cardynale app, go to the Card tab, click on Share My Card, then on Add to Apple/Google Wallet.

You will be redirected to a link that allows you to add your card to your wallet in one click.

III. How to Send Digital Cards to My Collaborators (for Administrators)

You can send digital cards directly to your team. Each member will receive a link via email, which they can open on their phone to add their card in one click.

To do this, go to the Cardynale platform (https://dashboard.cardynale.com/), My Team tab, and click on the "Send Cards to Members" button at the top right.

You can then choose whom you want to send the link to for their digital card.

Each collaborator can also add their card to their Wallet themselves if they have a member account. For more information, see our article.
