I. What is Wallet?
The Wallet application, available on Apple and Google devices, is a convenient and secure way of storing various types of digital information, such as boarding passes, tickets and business cards.
By adding your Cardynale digital business card to your Apple or Google Wallet, you can access your details directly from your phone's lock screen. This makes sharing your information quick and hassle-free as the person you're talking to simply scans your QR Code.
II. How do I add my card to my Wallet?
You can add your digital card to your Apple or Google Wallet from the Cardynale platform ( https://dashboard.cardynale.com/ ) or via the Cardynale mobile application.
Add on the platform :
Go to the My Card > Share my card tab, click on ‘Add to Wallet’ and scan the QR code that appears with your phone.
You will be redirected to a link that will allow you to add your card to your wallet in just one click.
2. Adding to the Cardynale mobile application:
Go to the Cardynale application, Card tab, click on Share my card, then on Add a card to Apple/Google Wallet.
You will be redirected to a link that will allow you to add your card to your wallet in just one click.
III. How to send digital cards to my staff (for administrators)
You can send digital cards directly to your team. To do this, go to the Cardynale platform ( https://dashboard.cardynale.com/ ), My Team tab, and click on the ‘Send cards to members’ button in the top right-hand corner. You can then choose who you wish to send the link to in order to obtain their digital card.
Employees can also add their own card to their Wallet if they have a member account.
